G&B Technologies has specific guidelines for returns and refunds:
- Return Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing gandbtech@gandbtech.com
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- Refund Details: Refunds cover the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost and may include up to a 30% restocking fee.
- Damaged or Malfunctioning Products: Eligible for repair. Customers should email a video or image of the issue to gandbtech@gandbtech.com, including the order number and a description of the problem.
- Order Cancellation: If the order hasn’t shipped, a full refund is available. For orders in transit, the refund will exclude the original shipping cost and may include up to a 30% restocking fee.
- Unopened Products Received Within 10 Days: Eligible for a full refund, minus return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
- Opened Products Received Within 10 Days: Eligible for a refund minus return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sales on promotional, discounted items, power banks, extra dividers, flex combs, or padded sleeves are final.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It’s recommended to use a trackable delivery service, as G&B Technologies isn’t responsible for items lost in transit.
